Terms of Service
The rules for using Grafiko — for the salons that run their business on it and for the clients who book through it. Like the privacy policy, this is a working draft that describes how the software actually behaves.

This text is a working draft. It was written by reading what the software actually does, and it has not yet been checked by a lawyer. Treat it as an honest description of how Grafiko behaves, not as a final legal document. If something on this page matters to a decision you are making, write to us first.
Who these terms are between
Grafiko is operated by [not yet supplied], identification number [not yet supplied], registered at [not yet supplied]. These terms are between that company and you.
There are two kinds of user, and the terms are not the same for both. A salon is a business that uses Grafiko to run its bookings. A client is a person who books an appointment through a salon's page.
Your appointment is with the salon, not with us
Grafiko provides software. The appointment itself, the service performed, the price and any cancellation rule are agreed between you and the salon.
Prices shown on a salon's page are set by that salon, and the price at the moment you book is recorded with the booking so it cannot change underneath you. Payment happens at the salon.
If a service is not what you expected, if the salon is closed when it said it was open, or if you want a refund, that is between you and the salon. We will help you reach them; we cannot settle it for you.
Accounts
You may book without an account. If you create one, give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
Staff accounts are created by invitation from a salon. An invitation link carries a secret code, expires seven days after it is sent, and works only once — accepting it consumes it, being invited again replaces it, and having your membership deactivated cancels it. It can set a password only on an account the invitation itself created; if you already have a Grafiko account, opening the link only activates your place at the salon and you sign in with the password you already have. Do not forward it: whoever holds a live invitation can take up your place at that salon.
What a salon agrees to
By using Grafiko to run a salon, you agree to:
- Enter client details only where you are entitled to hold them, and use them only for your own salon.
- Treat client notes as what they are — records about a named person, which that person may ask to see.
- Send marketing only to clients who agreed to it, and record consent given in person only when it was actually given.
- Keep your opening hours, services and prices accurate, since clients book against them.
- Not use Grafiko for anything unlawful, and not attempt to reach another salon's data.
Plans, trial, and the fact that nothing is charged yet
Every salon starts on a 14-day free trial. Plans differ by how many locations they allow, and that limit is enforced by the software rather than being a line in a table.
No payment is collected through Grafiko today. There is no billing integration, no card is stored and nothing is charged. The prices on the pricing page describe intended pricing; they are not an amount currently being taken from anyone.
When billing does start, these terms will be updated and no salon will be charged without being told first. A trial running out does not lock a salon out of its own calendar.
Availability and support
Grafiko is early software and is provided as it is. These terms do not give an uptime guarantee or a support response time. Any service-level commitment would be in a separate written agreement, not in this page.
A salon account can be suspended by Grafiko administration — for unlawful use, for abuse of the platform, or, once billing exists, for non-payment. A suspended salon's public page stops accepting new bookings.
The data a salon puts in
A salon's client records, notes and appointment history belong to that salon. We store and process them so the software can work.
We do not sell them, do not use them to train anything, and do not show one salon's data to another. A salon can ask for its data to be removed; today that is done by hand, since there is no self-service deletion yet.
How we handle personal data in detail is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Grafiko is not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue or other indirect loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
This clause in particular is draft wording. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it will change.
Ending it
A salon can stop using Grafiko at any time. Ask us and we will close the account and remove the data.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can give notice first, we will.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes affecting salons will be told to salons rather than left to be discovered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes go to the courts of [not yet supplied].
This is the intended position, written into a draft. It is one of the points on which legal review is specifically needed.
