About Grafiko
Grafiko is booking and scheduling software for beauty salons in Georgia. This page describes what it is today — nothing on it is a plan, a projection or a claim about how many people use it.

This text is a working draft. It was written by reading what the software actually does, and it has not yet been checked by a lawyer. Treat it as an honest description of how Grafiko behaves, not as a final legal document. If something on this page matters to a decision you are making, write to us first.
What Grafiko is
A salon signs up, adds its services, staff and opening hours, and gets a public page where its clients can book online. The salon manages the day from a calendar; the client books from a phone without installing anything.
The interface is fully Georgian and English — every menu, button and label — and every client-facing email is sent in the language that client chose. What a salon types itself stays as typed: its name, description, address and any service it wrote by hand stay in Georgian on the English site, because we will not machine-translate a real business's own words.
What it does today
Everything in this list is built and working. Nothing has been added to it because it sounded good.
- A public page per salon, with services, prices, and staff profiles, plus a searchable directory of the salons on the platform.
- Online booking against real availability — a slot is offered only if the service, the stylist and the salon's opening hours all allow it.
- Protection against double booking for the same stylist at the same salon — including two people who tap the same slot at the same second.
- A day, week and month calendar for the salon, with closed days and out-of-hours drawn in.
- Per-stylist working hours, days off and one-off exceptions.
- Multiple locations under one owner, with a combined view across them.
- Client history — past visits, spend, cancellations — and free-text notes staff can keep about a client.
- A waitlist for full days — the salon sees who is waiting and gets in touch when a slot opens.
- Recurring appointments for clients who come on a cycle.
- Email confirmations and reminders before the appointment.
- Reports on what was charged and what was actually taken, and on each stylist's work.
- Email campaigns to clients who explicitly opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
- Clients can see their bookings, reschedule, cancel and rebook a previous visit.
What it does not do yet
Said plainly, because finding out later is worse.
- No payments. Grafiko does not take card details, deposits or prepayments, and no plan is billed through it today.
- No SMS. Reminders and confirmations go by email only.
- No mobile app. It is a website, built to work on a phone.
- No self-service data export or account deletion — both are done by hand, on request.
- No cross-salon view of a stylist. Someone who works at more than one salon is not tracked across them in one schedule — each salon sees only its own bookings. The one thing that crosses is the hours that stylist is already committed outside this salon: times and nothing else, no client, no service, no price, not even which salon. A booking at one salon blocks those same minutes for that person at every salon, buffer included — the booking page will not offer that time, and the database refuses a same-minute booking for that person at any salon too. What isn't accounted for is travel time between two locations, so two bookings at different salons back to back are still allowed when the minutes themselves do not overlap.
Built for Georgia first
Georgian is the default language, not an afterthought added to an English product. Prices are in GEL, each salon keeps its own timezone so a booking never lands an hour out, and phone numbers are validated as Georgian numbers.
English is one click away in the header, for clients and staff who prefer it — it switches the interface, not the words a salon wrote.
